DAILY SCHEDULE
Friday:
- 9:30 meet at Metro Doukissis Plakentias to take our private bus to Plastiras Lake. We check in and have some free time
- 17:00 we gather for yoga philosour 1st yoga class with Maria, which will include Pranayama and Hatha Yoga for 1.5 hours
- 19:30 Sound Healing Session with Stelina for 45 mins
- 20:30 Dinner at the hotel
Saturday:
- 8:15 we meet for a morning Hatha Yoga practice with Maria for one hour. Breakfast at 9:30.
- 9:30 breakfast at the hotel
- 11:00 we meet for a 2 hours workshop on Asanas & Sun Salutations details
- Free time to rest, go for a walk around, visit the lake (bus will be available for a group transfer), or enjoy hotel's spa facilities
- 18:30 we gather again at the hotel for a Vinyasa class with Maria
- 19:30 Sound Healing Session with Stelina for 1 hour
- 20:30 Dinner at the hotel
Sunday:
- 8:15 Vinyasa practice with Maria for an hour
- 9:30 breakfast at the hotel
- 11:00 your time for Q&A
- 12:30 Checkout and departure (there will be a stop at a near village for lunch)

Kazarma Lake Resort & Spa a stone and wood made hotel exhibiting absolute respect to the environment, will welcome us on this retreat.

Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer: The organizer of this yoga retreat is Avra Yoga.
2. Agreement to Terms: Booking and payment for the retreat indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Booking and Payment:

To secure your spot, a deposit of 70€ per person is required at the time of booking.

If you don't choose to pay in full instantly then you agree to pay following the below mentioned plan:

50% of the rest of the amount (after deposit) by 22/1/2025

the other 50% left by 22/2/2025

If you choose the payment plan please note that full payment is due by 22/2/2025

If you opt in on a date later than the dates mentioned above the payment amount will be the deposit plus the amount mentioned in the payment plan

If you miss any of the payments mentioned the organizer has the right to cancel your spot and refund you as per the cancellation policy.

5. Health and Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit for the retreat activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions upon booking.
6. Participant Conduct: Respectful behavior towards fellow participants, staff, and the retreat property is expected at all times. Any disruptive behavior or actions that may compromise the safety or well-being of others may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.
7. Liability: Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the retreat activities, releasing the organizers from any liability for personal injuries, accidents, or losses.
8. Changes to Itinerary: The organizers reserve the right to modify the retreat schedule, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
9. Photography and Media: Photographs or videos taken during the retreat may be used for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you prefer not to be featured in promotional material.
10. Force Majeure: The organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, epidemic, or government restrictions.
THE TEAM
Maria Natsouli
Maria is an E-RYT 1000 Yoga Alliance teacher, Wellness Coach and retreats leader with over 3000 hours of teaching.
Choosing to attend a retreat led by Maria is an opportunity to explore yoga in a relaxed
and supportive environment. Maria's retreats are a break from the hustle, a chance to unwind and immerse yourself in the practice of yoga at your own pace. Her approach is is a harmonious blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment, focusing on finding inner peace through yoga, pranayama and meditation.
She will create a nurturing space where you can deepen your practice, explore different yoga styles, and reconnect with yourself. Joining her retreat means taking a step back from the chaos, finding calm, and leaving with a renewed sense of well-being.
Stelina Apostolopoulou
Stelina began her musical journey as a lyrical singer in Greece, but
her interest in world music and different musical traditions and
techniques to focus and experiment with the colors of sound and various musical traditions, as well as with the world of sound therapy and sound meditation.
With her Sound therapy session, Stelina is providing the tools one needs for the realization and activation of a world of self-healing, self-improvement, awareness, and redefinition.
Her goal is to bridge therapeutic musical methods and art, something encountered in every artistic process.
She actively participates in projects that strongly embody the intercultural element both on a performative and musical level.
