He started with a foundation in traditional Hatha Yoga, pranayama exercises, exploring the range of motion in different muscle groups, and incorporating functional exercises. This led to the creation of SoLunar Hatha Yoga, one of his two distinct practices. His journey continued abroad alongside Daniel Rama, where he deepened his practice in meditation, mantras, yogic philosophy, and Hatha & Vinyasa yoga. Additionally, Panos has collaborated with notable artists from the circus and gymnastics fields, such as Andrey Moraru, Yuval Ayalon, and Janchivdorj Sainbayar, to refine his skills in handstands and other advanced techniques.
